Claimable allows you to create Custom Claim Types to better suit your workflow and accommodate different categories of claims.

Combining a variety of Custom Claim Types with their respective custom incident, sub-incident and damage types, Claimable supports a wide range of different claims, from the most common, such as Auto/Motor or Property, to the more specific, niche types.

For example, you may want to customise your claim types so that they show in Claimable with the name of your products and the list of incident types could refer to the typical causes or events you encounter that result in claims.

Additional customisation options such as contact roles and liabilities, companies and tasks types and documents folders, will contribute to further tailoring your Claimable account.
