Can Claimable be customised to suit our needs?

Claimable is available in pre-defined configurations as outlined on our pricing page, but there is a limited amount of customisation available, depending on your needs.

What claim types can Claimable support?

Claimable supports any claim type, from straightforward, low-effort claims to more niche and complex industry-specific cases thanks to a variety of customisation options.

Claimable allows you to customise the list of claim and incident types, along with other parts of your account such workflows and message templates, to accommodate different industries and claims processes.

Can Claimable integrate with third-party tools?

Yes, thanks to our API and Zapier integration, Claimable can connect and synchronise data with other systems and tools your company uses. You can, for example, build custom workflows or send data from Claimable into BI systems in a few clicks with no need to write any code, via no-code tools such as Zapier.

Your development team can also directly use our API to develop custom integrations.

How much does Claimable cost?

We pride ourselves on offering simple and transparent pricing to cater to different business needs. We offer a 14-day free trial and there are no setup fees or hidden costs.

What payment methods does Claimable accept?

We accept payment by credit/debit, and accept all major brands.

Our UK customers also have the option of paying by Direct Debit.

Do your prices include VAT / sales tax?

For customers in the UK and in the EU, UK VAT @ 20% will be charged.

For customers outside the UK and EU, no VAT will be charged.

In which countries can I use Claimable?

Because Claimable is web-based, you can access it from anywhere in the world, provided you have internet access.

Therefore, there are no geographical limits although Claimable is currently in English language.

Do you have an uptime guarantee?

Yes, we have a proven uptime of 99.99%. If we do need to perform maintenance, we will notify you in advance to minimise any disruption.

Is our data backed up?

Yes, we maintain multiple backups and our platform operates with a high level of redundancy to minimise risk to your business.

Do we need our own servers?

No, we handle all that for you! Claimable is a fully hosted application, so there is no need for expensive hardware. In fact, all you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser.

Do we own our data?

Yes. Your data is safely stored in our platform, but you retain ownership of it at all times. If you do require a copy, we will be happy to provide this.

Who can access our data?

We have strict access control policies to ensure your data is protected. You can specify detailed privileges for every user on your account.

Is Claimable GDPR Compliant?

Yes, Claimable will be fully GDPR compliant by the enforcement date on 25th May 2018.

Is Claimable secure?

Claimable implements security by design and we are committed to keeping your data secure by continuously improving our security strategy. The team at Claimable adopts security best practices throughout our product development lifecycle and day-to-day operations.

Where is Claimable hosted?

We use a combination of industry-leading data centres including Rackspace and Amazon, who operate to PCI-compliant standards.

Can Claimable be self-hosted?

No, Claimable is a cloud-based SaaS product and, therefore, it can't be hosted on-premise or in your own data center.

Claimable is fully hosted and managed by us and our prices include all support and maintenance.
